Software for sport and events, built by people who run them.
Radley Labs builds and maintains custom software for race directors, sport organisers, and event operators. We connect entries, comms, race day, results, and reporting into one operational layer so events run cleanly and grow without breaking the team.
What we build
We design and ship software end to end for sport and events businesses: entry and ticketing flows, participant comms and segmentation, capacity and wave management, volunteer and crew rostering, supplier and venue coordination, race day operations tools, results capture and publishing, photo and content delivery, and reporting layers that pull entries, attendance, and revenue into one view. Where today the operation runs on a patchwork of entry platforms, spreadsheets, timing software, and shared inboxes, we replace the moving parts with a structured workflow that gives you a single source of truth from entry open to post race debrief. Every build is scoped to a specific bottleneck, shipped in weeks rather than quarters, and fully owned by you.
How we keep it running
Event software has to hold up at 7am on race morning, not just in the planning calendar. We provide ongoing IT support and maintenance, release management, performance monitoring, and incident response so participant facing and operational tools stay reliable through entry rushes, on site usage, shared devices, and patchy venue connections. That extends to security (access control, encryption, audit logging, payment data handling) and compliance posture aligned to PCI DSS, GDPR, and standard event safety and record keeping expectations. We also handle cloud hosting and migration onto modern infrastructure, hardening the environment and keeping it cost efficient as event count and entry volume scale.
Why operators choose us
Most event software is either a generic ticketing platform or a heavyweight federation tool, and neither fits how a real race or event operation actually runs. Radley Labs is different. Through our own >tempo brand we run mass participation running events at scale, which means the team building your software has stood at a start line, managed crew on a course, and reconciled an event the morning after. You get custom software built to how your operation actually works, maintained by the people who shipped it, and supported with the operational discipline live event delivery demands, without the overhead of an agency or the lock in of a platform vendor.
