Cloud · Managed Cloud Operations
Keep the cloud running so your team can build.
24/7 monitoring, incident response, patching, backups and continuous cost optimisation.
Overview
Why this exists
Running cloud well is a full-time job most teams don't have a full-time person for. Patching slips, certificates expire, costs creep, and the first proper incident exposes how much was held together by one engineer's tribal knowledge. By the time the team notices, the bill or the outage has already arrived.
What we run
Day-to-day cloud operations on your behalf: monitoring, alerting, patching, backups, certificate rotation, cost reviews and incident response. We work in your accounts under least-privilege access, document everything we do, and report monthly on uptime, spend and risks closed.
How we work
A senior engineer is named to your account, not a rotating helpdesk. Response times are written into the agreement, not implied. Cost optimisation is part of the retainer, not a separate upsell. You can take the operation back in-house at any time and we hand over the runbooks the same week.
Frequently asked
Questions we get a lot.
How long does a project take?
Automation and dashboard work typically lands in 4 to 8 weeks. Platform builds usually run 3 to 6 months depending on scope.
How are projects scoped?
Projects are scoped around outcomes rather than billed loosely by the hour. The proposal covers scope, timeline, and commercial terms before delivery begins.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. Radley Labs works remotely with businesses in the UK and internationally.
Can you take over an existing project?
Yes. We can step into a build to rescue, extend, or complete work that is already underway.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. We offer ongoing support for monitoring, fixes, and further development after delivery.
