Use License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Radley grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for your business purposes.

- Attempt to reverse engineer any software or features
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
- Transfer the materials to another person or entity

Account Registration

Subscription and Payment
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription.
Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Transmit harmful, threatening, or abusive content
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Collect or harvest information about other users
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
Intellectual Property
The services and all materials, including but not limited to software, images, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Radley or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using our services.
Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Service "As Is"
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radley and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our services. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
